Kathleen Petrone, a licensed real estate agent in Pa., was born and raised in Philadelphia. Kathleen married Joseph Petrone and moved to East Falls in 1970. Shortly thereafter, Petrone Real Estate opened it's doors in 1975, and she has been here ever since.
Some of her daily responsibilities include: rental management, collection and all financial accounts. She brings a background which includes ownership of investment properties as well as providing front line training in handling landlords and tenants.
